This course will teach you how to safely handle and prepare food for retail, whether this is working behind the counter of the butchers or handling fresh fruit and vegetables.<\/p>\n When you are working in retail, there are many customers who are going to come into the store on a regular basis and interact with the product. This means that you have to be able to safely handle things, identify potential hazards like cross contamination, and also be able to safely prepare and deliver food to customers.<\/p>\n
