About the Course
The Working within a Professional Kitchen Course will help you develop the skills and knowledge that are needed to work efficiently, effectively and safely in a professional kitchen environment. In this course, you’ll discover the many roles in a kitchen and find out more about their responsibilities. You’ll also learn about food safety, including allergens and their risks, and be taught how to understand a menu and create one yourself.
